I don't think it will be soon.It and The Legend are swapping route this week I think, maybe next.It is a couple years newer than the Legend and the Legend has not been in dry dock that I know of.The Legend is 5 years old but you would never know it by looking at it, it is in very good condition.I really like these spirit class ships.
I read the same thing too somewhere--maybe on cruisecritic.com?. I think it is this week or next, and it is supposed to be in dry dock for about 10 days to get all "spruced up shiney and new" because of the switch in itineraries with the Legend. We are going on the Miracle May 3rd out of New York, which I think is the 2nd cruise out of there. Has anyone else heard or read anything to confirm????

Raoul: Thank you, is the legend going into dry dock soon also?About the only wear I saw on the Legend was the passage way carpet, and it was just some small stains from fruit punch or red wine.Very good condition for being 5 years old.
I'm not sure about "Carnival Legend". I haven't seen an announcement from Carnival, yet. However, according to RINA (the ship's classification society) several major surveys for "Carnival Legend" are due in August, 2007. Usually, this means she will have to be drydocked by then.
