Is it warm enough in March and April?

I am assuming it is, but just want to double check- will it be warm enough to swim in the pool/ocean if I go on a cruise out of Tampa, Port Canaveral, Jacksonville or Mobile in either March or April?

Yes. Its not the warmest time of the year but depending on where you are going, the water will be warm enough. (Unless you need bath water warm to get in...)
