Dear New Cruizer:
My husband and I went on the Valor cruize on Aug 11. We had a great time. No the best time ever. My advise for the ports of call is to stay away from the Jewellery stores. This wastes your precious time. The beaches are great. I can't begin to tell you how much fun you will have after you embark the ship.Very clean cabins. Service was excellent. Food was great for the most part.
Prices in the gift shop were excellent. We each bought a watch.
Be prepared. it takes quite a while to get on the ship.it took us from 11till 3:30. I couldn't beleive it. When you get on go right to the lido deck for Party. We misse the send off party. we didn't know about it. Food being served. You will be starved. Did you book late or early dinner seating. We did early. It was fine.
We always headed to the lido deck every time we wanted something to eat. Pizza 24/7. desserts were super. Buffet was soso. Some of the food items were a bit weird. Always enough to fill up on though.Pools were nice. Nice movies playing on tv. The evening shows are a must. We attended each night sometimes for the early and the 12:00 am one. This was our first cruize. It won't be our last. Say Hi to Jamie in the gift shop.manager. He is my cousins son. You wil have the time of your life which you will always remember. I hope this gives you an Idea of what it is like.
By the way the casino was lots of fun. Not too loose. It takes your
money like all the rest.
Bon voyage
