First time on carnival...

hi this is going to be my first time on carnival and at the same time going to the western carribean. does anyone have any suggestions? for example things to do on the cruise and on the islands. also information on how much a coke card is and tipping? Thanks Alot.

Why don't you take a look and then ask any more questions you might have??? Obviously the hurricane has caused a lot of damage- particularly to Chankanaab Park, which I mention in the review. I think everything else I experienced is still pretty much the same. I don't know what your itinerary is, either...

I don't know about the soda cards. My kids just drank the lemonade and iced tea. Tipping is covered all over this site, but mandatory gratuities are 10 bucks a day per person. I believe in tipping above and beyond that, and if you want to chat about amounts, let me know.

What ports will you be going to?

They will put the tips on the Sail & Sign card for you, I think $10 per day. Any drink you may buy has a 15% tip added. If there is anyone that you think deserves more you can do that as well.

Not sure on the price of the Coke card, something like $38 I think. I have never bought one.

My husband just bought a coke card on the Inspitation Nov 26 and it was $30
