Weather for Panama Canal cruise 3/25

We are booked on the Legend for March 25 sailing to Colon, Panama; Limon, Costa Rica; and Belize. Does anyone have any idea what the weather will be like down there at that time? Has anyone been to the "Exotic Western Caribbean" in March?

I went on this same cruise, same ship last April. It will hot and humid. It was between 80-95 degrees I would say. Pack cotton clothing,baby powder or corn starch helps with perspiration. Also buy some dollar store rain ponchos, as it can shower and did in Costa Rica. They sell the same rain ponchos for $3 each on the ship, that I paid fifty cent's each for. Any other questions about the Legend,shore excursions or ports I will do my best to answer.

Did you take the excursion ferry through the canal? If so, can you tell me if the boat is covered--or will we be exposed to the full sun all the way? Appreciate your help.

I did not go through the canal. I went on the Grand Tour we went to the Gatun Locks and watched a ship pass, then on a boat in the Gatun lake to meet the Umbria Indians which was a very nice tour. Post this question on www.cruisemates.com message board under shore excursions and Im sure it will be answered. I do know people enjoyed the tour your talking about. Pack a rain poncho and you will be fine if it does rain.
