is my cruise agent and from day one gave me direct e-mail and phone number. Anytime I have had any questions she has responded, even sent me pictures and information of her own cruise excursions. I highly recommend her to anyone who is cruising.

Sorry, I wasn't thinking, I just felt bad for the travelers that were having problems getting answers from Carnival regarding their cruises.
I do want to say that Cruise-Chat has been so helpful in planning my cruise and when I miss a day reading the messages I feel like I am missing national news, I've never participated in such a great community.
