What is happening to the Holiday? Where is it going?

To Spain I believe. It's being replaced by the Fantasy. I know Dwayne, Cruise Fanatic, Sandy and Dave know for sure.

Actually she sails for the last time on Nov 2nd. Drops off her passengers Nov 7th in Mobile. From there she will go to Italy for a four month reburb. At that point she goes to Spain to Iberocruises as the Grand Holiday.

Iberocruises is 50% owned by the Carnival Corporation. So those folks who were saying that Carnival was not maintaining the ship because she is being sold are wrong. She just went through drydock in March. Carnival Corp still has a vested interest in the ship so not maintaining her would not make sense.

Ahh, I believe that would be Carnival's former Celebration. The Jubilee is now P& O Austalia's Pacific Sun.

As for the Holiday refurb - the bus stop bar area is a great place for a tapas bar.

You're right Dave, the Spanish line is much more colorful. I wonder if they'll keep the Bus Stop, that was a great place!
