Okay I'm on my first cruise the 1st of May...I have been told to bring the following items:
air freshner
ext cord
bug spray
leave in conditioner
walkie talkies
underwater camara
hoodies

Is there anything that I am leaving off that will be a must(besides the obvious)

I always like to have a really small fanny pack for camera, room card etc.

I like to take my own towels so I can go to the pool and come back and its still sitting there.

Water Bottle(water is expensive onboard

Bathing suit coverup so you don't have to get fully dressed to run and get something.

LOTS of $1 dollar bills for tipping

I've never brought ANY of those items, but I'm leaving May 13th and the bug spray was on my list for this time.
BOOZE is a good idea. And I will also bring water this time.

Don't forget a backpack or shoulder bag for your items when you are getting off the boat. A backpack worked great for us with beach towels, sunscreen and water bottles.

If you are a big coffee drinker, I would take along my own travel mug. The cups on Lido are small. Same for if you drink ice tea. We took one and it worked out great. Of course, I wasn't the one having to keep up with it as I don't drink the coffee!

Either clothes pins or bag clips for the bottom of the shower curtin.

We did take the $1 with us this cruise and it worked great ... just put them in one side of the fanny pak and your tip money is right where you can get to it without taking out all your other money.
