Inspiration

Has anyone cruised the Inspiration since it's been redone? I am planning a cruise for October, but I just want some suggestions/opinions. My husband has really wanted to cruise that ship because we have heard great reviews so I am expecting them to be better since the upgrades it received. I don't want to let him down!!

Hello anlyvers, welcome to Cruise-Chat! If you read great reviews on the Inspiration, it was probably due to the service, food, and entertainment. Now that the ship has be redone, the upgrade will be a big plus! I've been on several ship after they were refurbished, and it was like being on a brand new ship.

I haven't been on the Inspiration for many years. I had a wonderful time and a great experience. I can only imagine from the reports I've read all all I've seen it could only be better now.

We cruised on the Inspiration years ago and it was our first Carnival cruise. We loved her then and can not wait to sail her again this October. People that I have talked to said that the upgrades made are great. They really enjoyed the Waterworks and the Adult only area.

We went on it in sep 08 and the renovation is great.. the slide in the back is awesome!!.and they put new mattress in the rooms and did some updates also in the room. We hsd a great time on her. They have the best chicken tenders i hace ever had lol take some honey mustard. You will enjoy the ship and go downtown to ybor city if you go down a day early..Have a great cruise!!!
