We need Chef Ken to tell us how we should prepare them. Maybe deep fried and thinly sliced, served on a cracker with goose liver pate? Or stuffed with some good 'ol hogs head cheese.
You know, some of the cruise lines will let you order off menu if you give them advanced notice to shop for what you want. Wonder what they'd do with such a request?

I forgot to ask you about Carmines. What did you have (to eat, I mean)? Did you finish up with that brownie barge with a half a gallon of ice cream?
I was in Colorado Springs for a few days last week and went to an ice cream shop called Michelle's. They had something on the menu called "Pikes Peak" (appropriate for the location). It was every flovor of ice cream in the joint along with cookies, nuts berries, and some other stuff I can't remember. Said at the bottom of the menu it weighed 45 lbs and feeds 25 people. They had an old photo and article from Life magazine of it. It was $12.00 in the old life article. On the current menu it's $110.00 and you pay extra if you have more than 25 people sharing.
I didn't order it but would have loved to see the real thing.
