Both St. Maarten & Antigua are interesting islands, and very different from each other. Antigua is a bit more hilly; it's also a British island, with some interesting historical areas, and an economy still partly dependent on sugar cane. St. Maarten/St. Martin is an island divided between two countries, with one part of the island under Dutch rule and the other considered a "department" (region) of France. Both cater to some vices: the Dutch side has casinos and the French side has at least one clothing-optional beach (entry restricted, ditto taking pictures of it).
