Just got back WOW!

Hi gang: Just returned from the Liberty and out running Ana and Bill. I must say I was totally impressed with the ship, her Captain, and the Crew. Fantastic voyage even in Hurricane season. The sister ship Glory was on the same schedule, but her Captain decided to run to Mexico and our Captain watched the radar and made his decision to stay on course. We were an inch away from going to Mexico too. It was a good call cause we got all 4 ports and Glory lost 2 of hers. It was just mildly rolly on one night on the outskirts of Ana but not bad. The food was excellant and the first time in 8 cruises with Carnival that the Materd'e ever spoke to us....Elvis was fantastic., Really everything was. I can't say enough of everything.the best Carnival we have ever had.

Thanks. To let you know Carnival did make things right with that deposit. Everyone has a boss and I didn't stop at the one that said no. And here I brought two more new cruisers so the small $200.00 grew for them. They gave me on board credit and I paid $50.00 and not the 200

Welcome back babydoll Glad to hear you had a fantastic time! Did you have the chocolate melting cake? It's great that you made your ports and the seas weren't too bad. We had really heavy seas last December and there weren't any hurricanes anywhere.

Thanks for the report and I'm so glad you had a great cruise despite Ana and Bill. The Captain's have a tough call to make sometimes during hurricane season for sure.

Outside of that one night it was pretty good sea's considering August. I certainly have been in a lot worse here on the West Coast in good weather. Hubby had the Chocolate Melting Cake every single night. I like to experience other delights. He is addicted I believe. I forgot how to add the cruises to the sight can someone refresh me? Looking for a cruise that takes in Montego Bay, Cozumel and Belize, but don't see any on Carnival. Will keep looking for next years cruise. Started a savings account that we will put in every payday for the Mediterian cruise that will take in Greece, Rome, Egypt and Italy. Until then will bask in the warm memories of this cruise.
