Current Storm...

I know this subject has been done to death, but I am asking anyway. With this current storm that is spinning off the coast of FL right now, how does Carnival handle that kind of thing, when it is not a hurricane, but more than a thunder storm?

They will avoid it as much as possible, if necessary, they will change ports of call or reverse the order of the ports. They will not put you in any danger.

This thing has been off the coast here for 3 days. We have had 40 mph gusts during that time. It finally is moving south, it is the earlist storm I recall. I hope it is not a sign for the season coming up. I think it is funny they named it Andrea

Don't worry SnoopGirl, as Penny said they won't put you in any danger. I am sure they already have several contingency plans in place.

I was just wondering what they do in the case of minor storms like that, I didn't think they would cancel the sailing altogether.
