I have just started my 2nd contract working for carnvial and I am one of the 2 DJ's on the Conquest. This is a beautiful ship, especially compared to my first ship (Fantasy). The guests are so friendly and you really get to know them in the week that they are there (the Fantasy was just doing the 3 & 4 day runs when I was on it last year so didn't get time to meet a lot of the guests).
I have only been here a week and am having so much fun... i'm never going back to gloomy England lol

If you are sailing on the Conquest within the next 6 months I look forward to seeing you

Go see Todd the cruise director and ask him if he is still doing his late night "Improv" show. When we wen tin october, Todd and several other entertainment staff members put on their own show, it was great. You would have a great time participating if he is still doing it.
(Assuming of course Todd is still the CD, I'm not sure how long their contracts run)

The same group also did a murder mystery.. go for that too.

Will be on your boat 5/28 God willing. Where exactly will you be dj'ing? I would love to come by and listen...who knows, maybe even dance! I liked your tip about the ship captain. I'm a big fan of improv, so am going to make sure I ask about it. It's a pure bonus to be able to love what you do for a living. So many are miserable doing what they do 50 weeks out of the year. I too, love what I do. I'm a speech pathologist that works in the schools, so get lots of vacation time and lots of reward in what I do. Am looking forward to coming by and listening in. I would love to do a three month contract on the Fantasy as the K/J.

I do a show here in Gainesville, as well as a solo singing Character show where I sing Sinatra, Dean Martin and many others. Ill be on the Fantasy again on October 15th.

No I wasn't the Karaoke host, that was Sam, my cabinmate at the time funnily enough. I was on the Fantasy last october, i was the DJ in the Electricity Disco
