I am cruising on Carnival Miracle soon. Does anyone know if there will be a huge amount of little kids during the week of Thanksgiving? I am traveling with my two older daughters and we can only go at that time, (Nov 19-26). We are worried that the ship will be full of kids.
Also, are there any activities for singles in their forties?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

We used to always go the week of Thanksgiving because we'd only have to burn 3 days of vacation. Yes, there are a lot of families on board, but we were lucky that most of the children were well-behaved and well-manored. There are lots of on-board activies for youths in all age groups. They are usually quite busy and having a great time as a result. On all the cruises we've been on they have had activities for singles and I'm sure the Miracle will have them too. Don't limit yourselves to singles only activities, you can have a ball doing all sorts of things. Have a wonderful cruise!!

We're going on the Miracle over Thanksgiving this year as well. There's a total of 14 people. We have several kids going - 18 month, 5yr, 10yr, 13 yr, 14 yr, 15 yr. I'm not quite for sure what we're going to do with my 18 month old yet. We have never cruised before.
