I have been trying to contact Carnival through their website, but when I click on Contact Us and type in my info then hit submit I get an error message. Your email was not sent successfully. Please try again later. This has been happening for the past two days now, has anyone else had this happen?

Tried it just now (7/18/07 12:20PM Eastern Time) and get the same message. Try using the phone or the link to have them call you.

avenger - I have been trying to purchase a few gift items for staterooms for our up coming cruise on the Carnival Website and it repeatedly will not let me do so online.
Hope they fix these things soon. I hate calling it in.

Cruisedad, I tried using the link to have them call me but got the same error. I HATE to call them, last time I called I sat on the phone for over 30 minutes. So far, I'm not impressed with their customer service, they were SOOO prompt to answer their phones and e-mails BEFORE we paid in full!

Judging from cruizinallthetime's response it appears to be a website problem. I would hate to think they ignore you because you are paid up. Do you have a specific TA at Carnival that you deal with? We use a specifc TA named Wendy, we have her extension and know her work hours in Colorado. We don't always get through but get to a voice mail and she returns calls reliably, even when we are paid up. Next time you talk with someone who seems good, ask for their extension so you can get them again. They are paid by commission so they usually are glad to do it.

Well, Samy is the agent that has been e-mailing me, but Samy never gave me his/her direct extension, he/she just told me to call the 800 number and talk to any of the agents to book the cruise. I have tried to e-mail Samy a few times now and he/she is not responding at all.

Yep just sent a test message. I also noted the web site wanted to install some software when I logged in. So clearly they were working on "upgrades" of some kind. Everybody should flood them with messages asking for better error messages next time they do that.

Well, got a response back from them, and was told to call! HELLOOOO!!! I e-mailed FOR A REASON! I am NOT sitting on hold for over 30 minutes AGAIN! I have better things to do!!!
