I would be surprised if it was the Tequila. But those that partake in the Margaritas and other iced beverages can run into trouble with ICE made form tap water. Basically anything that is not heated can be a problem too. Salads washed (or not) in tap water, fruit etc...

Frase and papa55......Jim C.has said it perfectly...it is usually the ice (made using the local water) that does it!!!! Then too...Watch those local salads!!!!

If you want to do this tour, Go directly to the excursion desk when you board the ship. They only do 2 tours, and there are only 16 people per tour.You will love it!
