4 of july cruise??

I am planning to change my summer cruise on carnival victory because of work conflicts and there is the option of embarking on the 4 of july.
Do you ever cruise during 4 of july?
Is there is anything diferent in this date or is the same as the other?

I've cruised over the 4th twice with Carnival. All I remember is they played the U.S. National Anthem at the show that night.

Didn't they wear Red,White and Blue in the dining room, too? Maybe I'm getting confused, but I thought they had it decorated in Red, White and Blue.
