This August we will sailing for the first time. The question I have is: how claustrophobic are the interior rooms with the dropdown beds? There are four of us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, ages 16 and 18. We have gone to the website to take virtual tours of the rooms but they do not show everything they have. Any suggestions to make our trip better before we go would be appreciated.

The inside rooms are not real big especially with four people. I did that on my first cruise with my parents and my best friend and we were about 18 and it was not enough room for all of us especially trying to get ready. Next year my friend and I got our own room. I would recommend an ocean view.

Thanks Charley. That's what we figured but needed to hear it from someone who's been there. Besides, I am the only guy. Talk about being outnumbered.

Yes, with that many people in the room, spring the additional for at least a window. If not, you might be more comfortable sleeping in shifts! (just kidding)
