Well, it usually rains every day somewhere in the Caribbean. But cheer up, it normally doesn't last very long.

There's a tropical storm brewing in the eastern part of the Atlantic. Hurricane Humberto made land fall Wednesday in Texas. A cold front is heading towards Florida as well and the remnants of Humberto. We're getting rain in Alabama today and the cold front is supposed to move through tonight and into tomorrow. It's going to drop to the 50s for lows and lower 80s for highs here. I lived in south Florida for 28 years, it normally rained every day, never lasted long. We usually cruise in the October-December time frame and have had wonderful weather. We have had rain, but it was usually a 20-30 minute shower. Only one cruise did we have 6 days of rain that lasted a long time. We always snorkel, so what the heck, you're wet anyway. Didn't slow us down a bit. You'll have a wonderful time!

Erik-

Don't pay any attention to the weather reports. That is how the predictions are given this time of year. Storms... everyday. That is because everyday about 2 or 3 o'clock you will get a ran shower. But like Penny said it only lasts 20 to 30 minutes. So they put storms in the forecast everyday. The only things you have to be concerned with are tropical storms and hurricanes. But it looks like you are in good shape in that area. You'll have a good cruise.
