We are just about to take our first cruise on the Carnival Liberty on Saturday and are wondering what drinks are included and what aren't?
|
Generally all drinks are free except for carbonated drinks and alcohol. You can buy a 30.00 fountain pass for the entire trip and this will allow you free refills of coke & other carbonated drinks.
|
If you are going to drink more than 2 or 3 soda type drinks a day , this included with dinner and meals, the fountain pass is a great deal, It is good all the time in casino , show's or by the pool whey pool servers will get you a drink, We used them in April and loved them, Have fun realx and please post a review upon your return,

Ice tea, water coffee is included in the dining room and they have also juices at the buffets. |
My husband and I purchased the fountain cards, but really wished we wouldn't have for 2 reasons. If you can do without soda pop for the cruise and opt for iced tea, juice, punch or coffee instead, we simply got our drinks in the dipensers in the Lido deck cafeteria. Also, we found that the deck servers are less than enthused about waiting on those who had fountain cards for some reason.

I think the 12 oz. cans were $1.75 plus 15%. I didn't check the price of the larger plastic bottles. As Bem1962 says it is good if you drink 2-3 sodas a day. I am thinking at least 3 for the math to work out in one's favor. I know the kids make great use of them! They even go to the bar and order Shirley Temples.
Since we are not big soda drinkers and they don't have what I drink anyway, we just take some with us. http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...icon_smile.gif Dwayne |
