Carnival Victory overhang

I cruised with NCL last year in a suite and was disappointed that the overhang from the pool deck above prevented the sun from my balcony. Will i have this problem on Victory in suite 7299 Empress deck.Also does the balcony have loungers as well as chairs??

All the balconys on deck 7 will have a "roof" because of the decks above you. Its not wider than your balcony so if the sun is not directly over head you can get some sun. But you are most likely not going to be able to sun bath on your balcony.
