When we do an excursion, do we have to take our identification with us such as birth certificates etc.? We will have our raised stamp birth certificates and drivers license.
Carnival will pass out your excurison ticket to your cabin. You need to have the tickets to join your tours. You will need to have your ship & sign card to get on & off the ship. Passport or birth-certificate are only needed when you re-enter US.
Please, one more question. How do we know exactly what time we meet for our excursions and exactly where? Is the re someone standing just off the ship with name cards?
There will be tour guides waiting for you right outside the terminal building or right on the pier. Just look for the guide that holds sign with your tour name on it. You can't miss them!
In Montego bay Jamacia when you come back on board we needed drivers license, Photo ID or passport and sail and sign, (customs) I always take my s/s and d/l just in case
I agree, I take my D\L and "sail and sign" card as instructed..but is a very good question. As these requirements are changing 12/31/06, as far as U.S. But for re-boarding a valid ID and Sail and Sign is all that is required at this time. Personally I take what I call my "flippy" It is a slim wallet type thing with velcro that contains my D/L and S/S and the cash I need for the excursion, plus 1 credit card for emergencies.
Attention...I may have posted that in the wrong way..the very things Peachcrek takes as just in case..are the one's absolutely required..ID and Sail and Sign card!
