Our cruise has been changed from Fantasy to Sensation. I've heard nightmares and war stories. Anybody have any good experience on Sensation this spring?

Thanks.

I have seen some scary things about this ship, and I am going on the Ecstacy, which was also "renovated" after FEMA use. I am wondering how the Ecstacy turned out as well. Good luck on your trip, and I hope they get all the bugs worked out before you go.

my friend works as one of the social hosts on the ecstasy and apparently it's smooth saling so far.

Hi Rodney...What did your friend say about the Ecstacy? I will be cruising 5/25 and I am curious about the service and the ship's condition.

I had clients on the April 1st sailing of the Sensation and they said they had a great time and the ship was in great shape. The only complaint they had was with their cabin steward, and that was because she was in-experienced and acted like she did not care whether she took care of them or not, they had the tips removed and wrote a complaint, but of course made sure their wait staff was taken care of. Another couple sailing with them but on a different deck, stated they had the best time and loved the cruise, both couples came back and immediately booked cruises on the same ship for December. So I guess its what you're expectations are when you board the ship as to what your experiences are.

Thanks Carol. This is our 3rd Carnival cruise. The other two were great.

To me. it's what you make out of the cruise that makes it good or not. Many people like to look for things that are wrong so they can complain.I've never had a bad time on a cruise. Is everything perfect? Of course not but you have to remember that you are on vacation and enjoy.

I started this thread and just wanted to report. Returned to home today following our cruise. It was wonderful. Cabin excellent. Food good. Service and crew excellent. Overall experience was delightful. We'll be back.
