Assuming you mean Carnival Liberty and not Liberty of the Seas, then I would say that Liberty has the edge over Victory. BUT, not by much... I would let the cruise itinerary make the choice. GO on the ship that has the better cruise. If those are equal.. go with CCL Liberty.

I have been on both, pretty much only the decor is the big difference, I enjoy Karaoke and the Liberty has it out doors on the huge Jumbotron Screen.I would base it on the Ports. I'm on the Liberty sailing 4 Aug 07 comme on
Depends what do you expect to find,if you look for new...C.Liberty,if you look for smaller get C.Victory.However inside they are prety much the same(information deck 3,shops,disco,coffe-shop,casino deck 4,pool deck 9...)..one deck extra and almost 300 passengers more on first one!

The passenger decks are the same at 13. With none named 13. The Sun Deck is named 12, then magically the Sky Deck is named 14. The ship is newer though and 59 feet longer.
Gino may be speaking of Crew Decks.
