COMPARISON

How would everyone say that their experince compared to cruising on an older ship like the Imagination to cruising on a newer ship like the Liberty. The one thing that was pointed out to me so far was the fish and chip place and I think they have on the Liberty a supper club. Oh and the big screen TV. What other exciting thing that I can look forward to on the Liberty that the Imagination did not have.

Everything, just kidding i have only been on 1 cruise and it was the Imagination, I wasn't too thrilled about that ship but I am glade I was able to experience it. Can't wait to read what the experts have to say. Nita look like you we be in the chi in a few days. Hope you enjoy yourself.

I loved the imagination it was my first cruise so I did not have anything to compare to but I had no compaliants about the whole cruise at all. I was so excited and I was not disaapointed one bit. I asked a lot of questions before I left and read good reviews about the imagination and bad reviews. I think it is like everyone say it is how you make the best of your cruise for yorself and I had a blast. I really can not think of one bad thing about the imagination cruise . Except getting off the ship.
Yes I will be in Chicago for the weekend I am taking my mother for Mother's Day to see The Color Purple. I am Excited about it

The atrium area will be much larger, taller and ornate also.

The dining rooms have 2 floors. The lido deck has tiered stadium type levels. The aft lido has a sliding dome in case of rain. The water slide is way bigger. There is a sports bar. The lobby is huge with a bar. Notice I know where all the bars are

I agree 100% with IslandCruz...he's usually very dead on!! The newer boats are just...in a work...NEWER! The dining rooms are bigger with 2 floors...the show rooms are bigger and nicer and the stage can do more special effects so the shows are just a tad better. But don't get me wrong, the older Fantasy Class boats are still nice! And because they ARE older, the crew tends to work harder to make sure you have a great time! I'm getting ready to go on HOLIDAY in a month!! Thats the oldest boat!! I can't wait.

I agree. The newer ships are bigger and have more bars I belive that is about all. It really comes down to if you like more or less people and you need a new place to ge every night. I have travelled on new and old ships. I gravitate more to the new ships because of balconys that is the only reason.
