My daughter will have just turned 18 when we cruise the ecstasy in March. Is she too old for the teen club? Can she gamble on the ship? She is worried that there will not be anything organized for her age.
Casino:
Guest must be 18 years of age or older to play the tables and the slot machines. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted in the casino.
Lounges, Shows, and Disco:
Guests under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult in all public areas of the ship. Guests under the age of 18 must vacate the disco by 11 PM.
And this-
15 - 17 year olds have a place all their own as well, it's called Club 0 2. This program, like Camp Carnival, was created for these older teens it was designed and dedicated to our guests in the specific age groups. The older teens get a chance to show off during a Karaoke session, pool parties, late night dances, outdoor sporting events like basketball and ping pong.
But I could not find anything on if she CAN'T be in the teen club. Adults are allowed in there and since she can't be in the adult casino past 11, I assume they would allow here to go the the teen disco...
Hope this helps. no, they don't "organize" anything for that age group, but there will be plenty for her to do.

After years of Camp Carnival and Club O2, my oldest son will be 18 when we sail on the Fantasy in December.
This will get him into 4 things...casino, disco after 11pm, midnight comedy show and the adult
karaoke.
I only see the disco and the karaoke as the positive!! LOL
The only thing he won't be able to do is drink and you don't have to drink to have a good time.
(at least the boys told me they were having a good time on these past 13 cruises without the influence of alcohol!)
We are not big drinkers and I don't gamble, so I expect he will do what we do...just enjoy the cruise...meet some new folks...play a little ping pong and do what "young adults" do best...just hang around!!
