Yes, I'll be "waiting" for ALL you people who are cruising on the Liberty before me, for your GOOD , hopefully reports.
It is still one of the 3 ships that I am "thinking" about going on. It doesn't have the minature golf, which we like and the other two do, so we'll see.

They are putting the mini-golf on all of the ships. At least that is what the cruise director on the Glory said when we were on it in January. I don't know what the time frame on the project is though.
Hi there just got back yesterday. Had a great time good weather. Nice ship.Costa maya was nice . The excursion we wanted booked up so we oppted for an excursion to the beach. It was a 45min.ride on a airconditioned bus the beach was nice had shade and nice restrooms. Also free paddle boats and kiyaks,Beer and some drinks.Food for puchase.Bus runs back every 1/2 hr or hr.Also chairs at the beach. Nice salt water pool at the port swimup bar and some places to eat and a few nice shops Diamondes Inter National and Tanzinite Internatioal along with afew others and you touristy stuff. Costa rico we did the zip lines, the one with out the tram. 2 bridges and 7 zip lines. $125.00 a person. We enjoyed it but it's expesive.2hr bus trip.Panama we did the canal tour by boat about 175.00 a person. An hour and a half bus ride to the boat you get a sandwich and muffin and all the soda and water yo want. you can get xtra sanwiches they just hand them out. You go thru 2 locks and 2 lakes the guides we had on all trips were very informative. The canal trip is an all day thing and depending on trafic in the canale it can add time to you trip. Most tours in Panama were late getting back which is know problem when you book with CCL they wait. Let me know what else I can answer for you.

Can you give me some details about the ship something like what they have on it is there a water slide is there mini gilf is there alot to do on the ship for fun activities, how are the specialty resturants, how was the wait staff
and the cabin steward, are the pools fresh or salt water stuff like that. Thank you.
Thanks for the review, Time Travler. I like when people have nice things to report about their vacation experience. The Liberty is really a nice ship with something to offer for everyone. I want to do the Panama Canal excursion next time I am down there. I did it one time several years ago but, being a history person, I want to do it again. The canal is only expensive because our illustrious 39th president, Jimmy Carter, gave it to Panama on Dec.31, 1999.
Rhonda66, I believe you posted that you read/heard that they were putting mini golf on all the ships? I hope so, as I am "thiking" of doing the Liberty around March, and hopefully the mimi golf will be on there. We don't have to have it, but would like to do it, if it is on the ship.
