I keep getting the beach bags. LHP posted she had gotten something different the last time. I think it was a mug of some sort. I know LarryinMiami is a Platinum member as well, maybe he will see this and weigh in too.

Now you get a Thermos with a nice :leather: carrying case.

We currently have 7 sitting by the TV. We have given many away.

So far, we have gotten 3 to 4 each cruise (depending on if our oldest son was with us).

At this rate, we will have 9 more by the end of the year.

I have no problem with them just giving us one per cabin as long as we have to option to go to the Purser's desk and get the rest if we want them.

I really liked the bags...but we had a ton of them as well and gave many of those away.

It was on the Legend as well that this happened with me. Since I was driving I wasn't in a hurry to get off the ship that morning. It was probably after 9:30, and they had long since called number 1. I didn't even ask to be taken to the front, they just saw me and took me there. Maybe they were in a hurry to get me off the ship.

Other than flashing your sail and sign card how does the crew know if you are a Platinum member?

The card is the only way they know in general.

I have had some staff look up our pictures after we checked in, so that they could introduce themselves to us when they saw us around the ship.

But that was because of special circumstances.

I suspect the Pursers, Cabin Stewards, and Room Service Crew know. They are the one's that deliver the perks. In my case, it may have just been from me being friendly with Security all week and having interesting conversations with them.
