I am coming to the checkpoint to pay the balance of my Jan Cruise. Who has used the website to pay and have you had any problem with being properly credited? I have always called it in to my TA.

Well, the web returned a general error when I tried it. So who is General Error and what's he doing in my computer anyway.
So I phoned it in. So paid up for this cruise.
We have always used the website to pay for excursions and some on board credit by way of gift certificates.
We have never had a problem until this cruise. I used my debit card (as always) to get the excursions and credit. They were paid for months ago. For some reason they re billed my debit card for the same excursions once we were on board. While I have been assured they they would not be charged they are still showing as pending. I have talked to BofA about this.
Not sure why it happen this time, it has always gone smooth before.
