My understanding is that if you booked with a travel agent you have to first call carnival and they might tell you about the price change or they will tell you to contact your travel agent and have them call carnival to see if the price went down. I mostly go through carnival for all my cruise bookings. Good luck

i'm leaving on the 11th on the inspiration and i called to see if our rates had went down and we got a $200 on board credit. So it is worth calling who you booked your cruise with.
