sign and sail account

Ok so I am doing last minute stuff....So here is the dumb question....Do both guests have to sign the sign and sail account sheet in your booklet? Or does one person sign it and you hand it to the people and both guests get a card?

It can be either or. If one signs and put the other onto the account everything from both sign and sail cards is charged to that person. If both give a credit card/cash deposit then they both get their own bill.
