Carnival Pride (Mexican Riviera)

Has anyone been on this ship? What are your impressions? We are going in March 2007.

We were on her (the same cruise) about two years ago. It was our first cruise and we loved it.
She is a nice ship, you will enjoy you cruise

I was on her in february of 2005, great ship and great crew, beautifull decor. The iterary is a good one as well. Needed to be up early to get a deck chair however there were lots of people saving chairs so it seems like it was just acceptable on my cruise. One peice of advice is not to listen to the shopping recomended by the ship they were all over priced. We found much cheaper places just talk to the locals. Same as the excurions found them at one third the price on shore.

We were on this ship two years ago for our honeymoon and we went to the mexican riviera. The islands were okay but not as good as the caribbean. The water was not very blue.

We went to cabo san lucas, Mazatlan, and puerto vallarta.

but Cabo San Lucas is on the tip of the Baja California Peninsula and Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta are firmly attached to the west coast of mainland Mexico.
