Mexican Riviera- which excursions good for kids?

I'm having trouble finding shore excursions that looked friendly for two kids under the age of 5. My planner wasn't much help. Has anyone tried some excursions that fit with a family with these ages? Specifically for Puerto Vallarta and Cabo, we found a shopping excursion in Mazatlan. Thanks!

We are taking that cruise on Pride in December. I'm trying to figure out excursions also (although my kids are older, 9 $ 12). For Puerto Vallarta, I think we are going to just grab a taxi to Paradise Beach. Not sure yet, but really all we want is a clean, safe beach at each of the 3 ports. I'll post once I find more options. The Carnival ones seem too expensive, and I think we could do ok on our own for beaches.
