private shore excursion in Grand Cayman?

I am looking to book the jeep island tour in Grand Cayman that takes you to tortuga rum factory, around Grand Cayman, with a 2 hr. beach stop included. We usually book thru islandmarketing, but they are totally booked for the day we are in GC. Does anyone have an alternate suggestion of something they did that was similar to this excursion? A private tour company that they know of?? One can only do stingray city so many tims!!
