Does anyone know if they will press and clean mens dress shirts onboard or even just press. I dont want my husband shirt not ironed the days of the formals

If you look here and scroll down to "laundry services" you see the price list. There are answers to many things on the Carnival FAQ page. I think it is the best laid out listing out there.
