The only thing I dont like about them is that i sent mine 2 months ago and they still have not processed it.. I understand that they are working on reservations in april and may.but i get a little nerveous that they will lose mine and that would be bad! I think they need to do them as they come in. the way it is going they wont do mine til Oct? thats 8 months too much time to misplace or overlook it.
I have to agree that it should be done in a more timely manner. They did just go through a major booking period though. I'm going to make copies of my FunPoints that I'm sending in too. Hopefully they'll get the time frame for the OBC's showing up in a better date range in the future. They've never lost anything yet from me, but it was slow getting a voucher applied once.
Clarification question ~ are you limited to using only $100 credit per cruise even if you purchased more?
Good question! As far as I know the On Board Credits are per Stateroom/Cabin. At least unless they have changed it. I've been told in the past that you could use the $100 off the balance on a per person basis with each person having a certificate, but the OBC's were based on the cabin.
HERE is a link to one that looks similar to the one that I had a few years ago. Note the fine print at the bottom.
I had two. I used one per cabin I booked (booked 2 cabins) They say one OBC per cabin. I would assume that you could use more than one per booking but would only receive the $100 towards the deposit. Not sure why you would want to do that though.

I agree....
they finally recorded our May 8th cruise about 46 days before sailing.
This is unacceptable. They should be posted BEFORE the final payment so that cruisers can use the $100 they paid as it was intended.
My PVP did not require that we pay the final $100....he just noted the certificate number and that it was "in house being processed"...but we still could not print out our documents...labels etc.
I hate to see how backed up it is going to get when they start selling these fleetwide this year.......
