Love these $100.00 certificates!!

I hope they get this system running better than they have it now!! I am a Plantnium guest and they should have these processed alittle faster for people like me. 45 days is really cutting it short.. i wonder if they actually do this on purpose and end up giving you $200.00 OBC cause if you look at that being done that way they save on there end.

How do you figure they save? If you spent no money at all on your cruise, then you would get it back in a refund. If you had it deducted before your cruise and then ended up spending $200 onboard the cruise, then it's a wash.

what i ment was say instead they end up giving you the $100.00 as an extra OBC. you buy there merchandise which they have $10.00 invested in it,yet you pay $20.00 for it.. they save $10.00 on there end. but I can see i was wrong i was up hrs straight yesterday lol

Okay, now I am confused..I know it doesn't take much.

I totally agree that they need to speed up this process. They've never processed anything faster for me based on being Platinum in the shore based offices though.

LHP, I've heard the program is going fleet wide as well. Not to be spreading rumors that I have not verified, but didn't they add this to the Spirit class ships recently?

All I have to say then if they are adding all these ships they better get there butts in gear and start processing them.. this is crazy to wait that long to have it applied to your balance due.

Yes, that is the official information I have also. With those implementation dates they are going to have to "get their butts in gear" as tim c. said. I'm sure this will be a popular thing with repeat and loyal cruisers. I know I'm going to buy a few next time.

Haven't used mine. Haven't seen anything that is appealing. Was browsing yesterday and just by coincidence I got a call from my PVP. Must be a mind reader.
