i need to sign up the the fun pass, how do i do that ? the 1st cruise we booked the travel agent did it . this time we booked though the 1-800 # ?if you sig up online its quick at the dock right ?thanks gary!

Gary..they SAY it makes boarding quicker. I have done it both ways and really didn't see much difference. To get your funpass, go to carnival.com and have your tickets in hand and input the numbers they ask for. It will also ask for info on your departing flights as well. If you get it done online, great! if not, don't sweat it.

I have been told that registered on-line, with the FunPass, is fairly important.

I mentioned to an agent one time that one of the Carnival cruises we booked, our documents/package didn't arrive until just a few days before we left home to fly to the port, and my brother-in-law got his doc/pkg. for the same cruise the DAY BEFORE we left. We found that very stressful. The agent said that as long as we'd filled out the FunPass, we should never stress about the doc/pkg., everything is then "in the system" (whatever that means! *L*) and even if the doc/pkg. doesn't arrive before we leave, we'll still be able to get processed and boarded.

Mind you, we register our FunPass, have our document/package and every possible bit of paper or identification we may possibly need, in our hot little hands. We never want to take chances!!! :-)

It does speed up things, they have all your info entered etc. All you have to do is show your ID/BC/Passport and give them a Credit Card.

Believe me unless you look like Herman Munster and maybe even then, they will find you, no chasing required
