Hello,
I was wondering if they have DVD players in the rooms? Also, what kind of electrical outlet is in the room (2 or 3 prong)? How long does it usually take for the checked bags to get to the rooms? Thanks!

You should have all your baggage before dinner. If the haven't all arrived, don't panic, It's still being sorted. Conquest is a big ship, and not everyone having their luggage is why they relax the dining attire for the first nights meal.
Outlets (what few they are) are all 3-prong-plugs. I'd suggest taking a power strip with you...
When we cruise in '03 and '04, I do remember seeing a VCR, but honestly, I didn't spend enough time in the room to merit sitting down and watching movies... I would however watch the ever-growing travelog, and other things they had recorder during our cruise.

Every day about three movies are shown on different channels in your room. There also is pay for view movies at $8.99 a movie.

We bring our our player anyway. Normal for the etrip to the ship the kids want to watch movies... But no DVDs in the cabins. There is one outlet in the room on the make up table/dresser and one shaver outlet in the bath. Bring a single to multi plug adapter.
