This guy sounds like one of my ex Brother-in-laws. They thought they knew everything about everything. If it was him I'd be waving while sipping a DOD and capturing it on video to post on YouTube.

Seriously, he needs to call again if he misunderstood them. They just said he didn't need a passport according to the post. I highly doubt they told him he didn't need an Original or Certified copy of his birth certificate.

Isn't this information required to complete the FunPass?
