We will be taking our 1st cruise on May 11, 2003 on the Conquest leaving out of New Orleans. We are celebrating our 39th Wedding Anniversity. If you will be on this cruise, please contact me. I assume you are doing the Western Carribean 7 day cruise through Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel?

If so, the one thing you have to do is swim with the Stingrays in Cayman. It is an absolutely AWESOME experience. Nothing like it in the world. Cayman is a wonderful place. Great water, terrific climate. You'll love it. If you have dive equipment, use it there.

At Cozumel we went to Playa Del Sol and had a good time. I hear the National Park is pretty. We did the Mayan Ruins at Tulum a year ago and it was a LONG tour and if you don't like history you won't like it. But the BEACH there is wonderful.

Jamaica was a good place to snorkel. I would look for snorkel/diving tours there if it were me.

I have not been on that cruise... But I have been to Cayman 4 or 5 times. If you want to relax the beach is amazing. I was also highly recommend a tour to stingray city. We took a tour there on a catameran and I was the first in the water.... then turned back to the guide and said "there aren't any stingrays here"
to which he told me to turn back around and I noticed I was being swarmed (not in a scary way). "Swimming" with the stingrays is really neat, they brush against you and its like velvet. The water was about 3-5 feet deep and the tour also took us snorkeling for conch, which the guide turned into dip that we ate towards the end. It was the second best tour I have been on.
