This was an internal memo I was sent that gives all the details.

Introduction

This year we're kicking off our annual Halloween event know as "Frightfully Fun". This year we are proud to have Masterfoods, Inc as
our corporate partner. Each ship will celebrate this event over the Month of October starting on October 9th.

around the ship on the Trick or Treat Hunt. We encourage parents to take their children to the Back Lounge and participate in the Kid's Costume
Contest as well as the meet & greet with the M&M character and Fun Ship Freddy.

7:00 - 7:45 - Camp Carnival Trick Or Treat Cont.
Each Youth Staff manning a station will give out the chocolate to the children. Please also inform parents that there are some products that

LHP,

Thanks so much for posting that info

We have been trying to make plans for Halloween and that certainly helps.

I can't decide on something spooky or funny to wear for Halloween. My first Halloween cruise.

Do alot of the adults dress up?

It is a little hard to figure out what to do and what you can pack.

Thanks,

I think it was on a Royal Caribbean cruise that they had a costume night, it might have been Carnival. But anyway, I went as a Freudian Slip. The ship gave you some items, like crepe paper, scissors, glue, markers. I took the crepe paper and wrote some Freud buzz words, like Id, Ego, Mother, etc. I won second prize. There was a couple that won who dressed up like tables and had their heads sitting on platters. It was a real blast. Then on Costa (maybe) they had Toga night, where you take the sheets from your room in a Toga. Maybe this will give you some ideas as to what you can wear using items on the ship. Best wishes and have a wonderful cruise!

Penny, That is so funny and inventive

Thanks for the ideas. Instead of trying to out scare everyone with the creepy, I think I am going to try to find something that is funny like that and easy to pack.

I was thinking of wearing my Jimmy Buffet concert garb, grass skirt, lei, shirt and crazy hat. And pretend to be more stupid than I am and say I did not not know was Halloween and I heard JB got on the ship in Key West!

After seeing that idea on screen, it is pretty stupid

LHP,

Thank you so much!

It is always a pleasure reading your informative posts

Got my grass skirt today and found a cool parrot to put on my hat. Taking along the trusty Wal*Mart make yourself look like Dracula kit just in case.
