Anyone sailing Carnival Legend-Dec. 15th?

Hi, Just thought I'd start a roll call for the Legend on Dec.15th to Belize. My husband and I decided to go on a cruise this X-mas. My parents are watching our kids, so it will be just the two of us! We're in our early 40's and would like to meet up with other cruisers. Have a great weekend.

We are heading out on that same cruise, but we are bringing our kids with us. They are 12 and 14. This will be our very first cruise and we are very excited. Wish we knew what to expect but i guess that would take the surprise out of it.

First cruise Carnival Legend

OK, here is the scoop on Belize. My wife and I just came from there. It is a MUST that you do an excursion with the cruise line. If not, they send you to the city of Belize which is a total Dump. I mean it, I've been to Tijuana and that was a paradise compared to Belize. I was really disappointed that CCL even sent their people there.

Cozumel: Nice place, too many yahoo's begging you to visit their store,,,,becomes a pain.

Grand Cayman: Stingray City is a must.

Honduras: Taybana Beach was stunning. (Spelling my be wrong)

Belize City: A total dump. Don’t even get off the boat if you're going to the city and have nothing planned.
