Maybe topless casinos are next. Pretty tough to get a tan in there though.
Just as a point of interest, was the topless deck there because going topless is forbidden on the pool deck, or was it there for "modest" topless sun bathers?
The topless decks were there to keep things isolated from the rest of the passengers. I don't think they ever allowed topless at the pool deck - except for hairy apes like me.
I really wish Carnival would better enforce the adults only pool area...on the Conquest last April, the adult pool was full of kids who were splashing all of the sunbathers etc. I like kids, but I went to the adults only pool for a reason. When I approached the customer service desk to ask who was enforcing this rule, the woman looked at me, wide-eyed, and said, "The parents?" Yeah, right. I hope it will be better on the Carnival Miracle this May, but I won't hold my breath. (However, this was my only complaint with Carnival, so I guess that's not too bad! ) The adults only pool was much better enforced on the Caribbean Princess.

Carnival has eliminated the topless decks on all of their ships. This happened earlier this year. In any case, there never was a pool there just lounge chairs.
When I was on the Sensation in January the topless deck was where it always was.. under the funnel...in this picture it's the deck just above the SENSATION name...the same on all Fantasy Class ships. well at least before April of 2007. GREAT pic by the way...cant wait for October
