Not to mention the roast turkey they hand carve for you.

I really don't know the deal with this, other than if you get on early they have it. Then they don't!

I love getting on early. I get to enjoy all the fresh spread they have put out before there is a line. I go meet the Bartender/Manager of the Lido deck bar and introduce myself before there is a crowd. A while later when I actually want a drink they remember me and wait on me first and call me by name!

Arriving early is certainly not for everyone, and I am not recommending to do so. But for those that don't mind waiting in line if there is a delay, it can be very enjoyable to see the ship before it gets crowded.

Twice we have been among the first to walk aboard . Once on the Holiday and the other time was on the Legend. I remember going to the buffet and getting a tray full of stuff and sitting down, and noticing that the place was empty except for us and a few others. Somehow this gave me a sense of victory.

Don't you just LOVE that feeling!!

We usually arrive around 11am and with VIP check in are generally among the first to board!
