Does anyone have any knowledge about cruising in March. I am worried that it may be too cold on the balcony or on deck. Going to Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Mexico.

either way u should be comfortable just bring a sweater or light jacket always summertime or winter time, there could always be a breeze. better safe than spend 30 dollars for a sweatshirt onboard

Generally the times we have cruised in March have not been a problem, unless there is a weather system that happens to pop up during your cruise.

Unfortunately, the weather is one thing we can not predict.

Even a warm Cozumel can get chilly when a cold front blows through.

Hope for the best and cope with the rest!!

The best thing to keep in mind is...if it gets cold down that way, just imagine what it is like back at home!!!!!

Never had a problem in March. As someone said it may get a little cool at night!Maybe down in the 60's. A light jacket is fine. Tom

Have cruised mid March to Key West, Belize, Cozumel, and Progreso. It was nice and warm, and even hot in Mexico. But depends on the weather systems as LHP said.

We cruised those exact islands during winter break. Days are hot! Don't miss Dunn's River Falls/Jamaica and snorkeling with stingrays/G. Cayman. The absolute best memories. Nights are cool if you plan on being up on deck at anytime during the evening. I bring a wrap with me. Gentlemen, lightweight jacket. Even a fleece jacket is good.

I cruise every March for my birthday and never have a problem. But, I live in New England so I don't feel the cold when cruising the Caribbean in March. I suppose if I lived in a Florida, a warm climate area, I might feel it. Take a lightweight jacket or buy one on the ship if you need it.
