RCL- Serenade of the Seas pulling out of Alaska cruise in spring 2010

We noticed in the travel section of our newspaper today(Feb.7) that RCL- Serenade of the Sea is pulling out of the Alaska cruise in 2010 citing high head taxes for passengers, high local taxes and fees,corporate & gaming taxes and the cost of marine pilots. We are just wondering if there have been any rumors floating around pertaining to CCL thinking as well? We live in Alberta, Canada and this is one cruise that would be very affordable to us since we'd onlyhave to worry about a flight one way.

I haven't been able to keep up with all the news lately, so I for one have not heard yet. They don't have them listed yet, and they left them out of the new brochure for some reason. Hopefully we'll hear soon, or maybe someone else has heard. I would hate for them to cut them.
