Tipping the youth staff is totally at your discretion. They are paid a little differently than the wait staff, therefore, do not rely on tips to survive. There are no guidelines, as tipping is neither necessary or expected. In fact, when my daughter was younger and participated in the children's programs the staff often refused tips. I would consider tipping anyone who performed "in-cabin" babysitting services as that is a more personalized service. However, I would think of the staff at the children's facilities more like school teachers and daycare staff. How do you show your appreciation to those people?
