deanie,

My wife and I went on the Valor in 2006 and had a great time. The ship has an Americana theme and American leader theme. The staff were fine on the ship, but I think we had a little bit better staff on the Conquest in 2004. The food between these two ships were great and I suggest working out a little while your on the ship to keep the lbs. down. The shows were fantastic and the comedian was funny. We went on the Western Caribbean cruise with stops at Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Isla Roatan, and Belize. The excursions were better on this cruise than the Conquests. If you have anymore specific questions don't hesistate to ask.

I whole-heartedly agree with "TRM7050" and their opinions of this ship. I went in 2006 and had the time of my life. The ship is un-godly clean and the service/food/atmosphere were world class. DO NOT MISS THE SUPPER CLUB!! Trust me. In Belize, you must tube in the caves. WOW!! Grand Cayman is waiting for you to swim with the stingrays. Just a few side-thoughts. Have a great time. You will be happy you sailed on the Valor.

We were just on the Valor 2 weeks ago. We had a fantastic time. There were 20 family members and everyone loved it! The food in the diningroom was great! Always hot and fresh. The buffet was like all the others, just OK. Staff was always friendly. Ship was kept clean. It does salute people of Valor everywhere you look. Rooms were great and roomy. They now have down comforters and pillows. I looked forward to bed every night.
